Customers may transfer their booking to another person up to 15 days before departure for a $50 transfer fee.
Date changes for Self-Guided Tours may be requested at least 15 days before the original start date, subject to availability.
Bookings for both Guided and Self-Guided tours must be made via email at info@canadiankosheradventures.com.
1. Guided Tour (August 2025)
Minimum Participants Requirement: This tour requires at least six participants to run. If we do not meet this requirement by June 1st, 2025, we will cancel the tour and offer a full refund.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Before May 31st, 2025 – Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.
June 1st – July 15th, 2025 – 50% refund of total tour cost.
After July 15th, 2025 – No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person.
2. Self-Guided Tours
Flexible Start Dates: Self-guided tours can be booked year-round and are confirmed upon payment.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
More than 30 days before the start date – Full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
15-30 days before the start date – 50% refund of the total cost.
Less than 15 days before the start date – No refunds.
Starting in Vancouver, all meals are provided by NAVA Catering, certified under Kosher Check (formerly BC Kosher), ensuring strict adherence to Orthodox kashrut standards.
With guidance from Kosher Check authorities, we meticulously address every detail to guarantee that every meal meets the highest kashrut and quality standards.
For convenience and hygiene, meals are served with disposable dishes and cutlery.
Payments can be made using:
E-transfer (for Canadian customers) to info@canadiankosheradventures.com.
Credit card (for U.S. and international customers) via Moneris secure payment link (provided upon booking).
For Guided Tours, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.
For Self-Guided Tours, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
